Anton Bedarev

About the course author

Anton Bedarev is a certified yoga and therapy specialist trained in the B.K.S. Iyengar method, with 12+ years of personal practice and 10+ years of teaching experience.

He is certified through AYUSH and International Yoga Alliance, is also a certified instructor of relaxation and deep relaxation techniques through the Bihar School of Yoga, and in 2025 completed additional training in India focused on nervous system regulation through breath and body-based practices.

He understands this topic not as an abstract idea, but as a real pattern he has seen again and again in people living under pressure, mental overload, poor recovery, sleep problems, and the feeling that the mind never fully switches off.
