Fiber Reset: Flatter Days & Easier Digestion — Daily Fiber Training at Home by Two Lifestyle Medicine Doctors

You cut out gluten. Then dairy. Then bread, then fruit. You finished a year of probiotics and a drawer of enzymes, and you still wake up flat and hurt by three in the afternoon. It isn't a food intolerance you haven't found yet. Nine out of ten women eat around half the fiber their gut needs — and almost every food you removed took a little more of it away. Fiber Reset adds it back: the right kinds, in the right order, built up slowly enough that your stomach stays comfortable while it happens. Created by two Lifestyle Medicine doctors with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. Ten minutes a day, at home.

A woman at work asked me when I was due 😳 I'd had a sandwich. I went home and cried and then I found this. The three-day count was the part that broke me — I was eating 11 grams. ELEVEN. Nobody in nine years told me to check that.

I'd cut out gluten, dairy, onions, apples, beans. My whole diet was chicken and rice and I was STILL bloated by 4pm 😩 Turns out every single thing I removed was fiber. Week three and I'm eating fruit again like a normal person.

£400 of probiotics over two years. Four hundred pounds!! 😤 This cost less than one bottle and actually explained WHY. The soluble-first lesson is the whole thing — I'd tried adding fiber before and gave up in four days because I felt awful. Turns out I did it backwards.

I stopped going out for dinner because I knew what I'd look like by 9pm. My husband stopped asking 💔 Last Saturday I wore proper jeans to a restaurant and forgot about my stomach for the whole evening. I hadn't done that in six years.

Week 1 → counted, was horrified. Week 2 → a bit windy, honestly. Week 3 → mornings sorted itself out. Week 4 → flat when I go to bed, which I genuinely thought was gone forever 😭

My nurse said 'it's your IBS, deal with it' and that was the whole appointment 🚩 I'm not saying this is medicine. But I've had three good weeks after nine bad years, and all I did was learn a number and slowly get to it. I track it on my watch with my rings, which sounds silly but it keeps me honest.

It's Not a Food Intolerance. It's the 15 Grams Nobody Told You About.

ARE THESE FAMILIAR?

  • You wake up flat — and by afternoon it's tight, hard and painful
  • Someone has asked whether you're pregnant. You weren't
  • You've stopped going out in the evenings, because nothing fits by then
  • You cut gluten, then dairy, then wheat, then fruit — still bloated
  • You were told it's IBS, or stress, or your age — and sent home
  • Mornings you don't go, and days you can't think about much else
  • Deep down you've started to wonder what this is doing long term

HERE'S WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU

Bloating like this usually isn't a hidden intolerance. It's an empty tank.

Fiber gives your gut something to move. It holds water, adds bulk, and feeds the bacteria that keep things travelling at the right pace. Take it away and transit slows — food sits too long and ferments. That's the tightness by mid-afternoon, and it often has nothing to do with lunch.

Then the loop starts. You feel bloated, so you blame a food and remove it. But the food you removed — the bread, the fruit, the oats, the beans — was one of your fiber sources. So your fiber drops further, transit slows further, and the bloating gets worse. So you remove something else. The list gets shorter and shorter. The bloating gets worse and worse. That loop runs on subtraction. Which means it also runs the other way.

Probiotics add bacteria, not the food those bacteria live on. Enzymes work on a meal already eaten. Every one takes something away or adds a pill. Not one adds the thing that was missing.

Most women eat around 15 grams of fiber a day. The gut needs closer to 30. Closing that gap is a skill, not a rule — too much too fast is what leaves people bloated and quitting by day four.

FINALLY FEEL LIGHT IN YOUR OWN BODY AGAIN

In just 10 minutes a day with Fiber Reset:

  • Flat in the morning — and still flat at nine at night
  • Jeans that button at the end of the day, not just the start
  • Regular mornings, without planning your day around them
  • Fewer 9pm cravings, because dinner actually holds you
  • Ease bloating without removing one more food group
  • Add back things you've missed for years

Your gut isn't broken, and it isn't your age. It was simply never given enough to work with. Start adding it back today.

HOW FIBER RESET WORKS

  1. See what's actually missing. Before anything changes, you learn what your gut is running on — and why the food list that got shorter every year is the reason it feels worse, not better.

  2. Add before you subtract. No elimination list. You add fiber-rich whole foods to meals you already eat, in portions small enough that your gut keeps up.

  3. Build up with the ramp chart. Week by week, with water alongside every increase. This is the step that decides whether more fiber leaves you lighter or leaves you worse.

  4. Ease it while it settles. Breathwork and abdominal self-massage for the days your belly still feels heavy.

  5. Make meals that hold you. Plates that keep you full until dinner, so the 3pm drop and the 9pm craving stop running your evening.

  6. Make it yours. Once you know your foods, you rebuild any week in minutes. No app, no plan to follow forever.

Why choose this course?

Everything else takes a food away. This adds the one thing that was missing.

  • Built around one mechanism — the fiber gap — not general gut advice
  • Created by two Lifestyle Medicine doctors, nearly 20 years of clinical experience
  • Addition, never restriction — no bans, no lists, no food guilt
  • A slow, structured ramp — the benefit without the discomfort
  • 10 minutes a day, at home, no equipment

Fiber Reset was created by Dr. Aleksandra Rybakova and Dr. Aleksandr Rybakov, physicians and Lifestyle Medicine specialists with nearly 20 years of clinical experience.

Aleksandra is an internal medicine doctor and a nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine specialist, with training at Cleveland Clinic, the Lifestyle Medicine Center and Harvard. Aleksandr is a radiologist and diagnostics specialist, a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a former lecturer at the University of Nottingham.

For years they watched the same thing happen. Women arriving with the same complaint — bloated, heavy, tired by mid-afternoon — and the same history behind it: a year of probiotics, a drawer of enzymes, and a food list that had been getting shorter for a decade. Almost none of them had been given the one number that mattered. Most were eating around half the fiber their gut needed, and every elimination had quietly taken more of it away.

They built Fiber Reset because the answer was never a shorter list. It was learning to add the missing thing back — in the right order, at a pace the body can actually keep up with. Nothing in this course is a ban, and nothing in it is a rule you have to follow forever.

Two physicians. Nearly 20 years of clinical experience. Training at Cleveland Clinic, the Lifestyle Medicine Center and Harvard. 50,000+ people through their programs.
