I love my husband, but for the longest time I just wasn't interested in intimacy. I thought it was something that happened as you got older. After three weeks of Osteo Yoga, I feel so much more relaxed in my body, and I've actually started looking forward to being close to him again. It's such a relief.

Between work, two kids and everything else, I honestly forgot what it felt like to want anything for myself. These little sessions became my 15 minutes of peace. I'm sleeping better, feeling less tense, and slowly getting that part of myself back that I thought I'd lost.

I used to make excuses whenever my partner wanted to be intimate. Not because I didn't love him, but because I was always exhausted and couldn't relax. The breathing exercises have made such a difference. I feel more present and comfortable with physical closeness now.

I didn't realize how much tension I was carrying in my hips and lower belly until I started this challenge. Some of the exercises seemed almost too simple, but after a couple of weeks I noticed I wasn't constantly clenching my body. I feel softer, calmer, and much more connected to myself.

I genuinely thought my desire was just gone. I'd spent years putting everyone else first, and intimacy had started feeling like another thing on my to-do list. This course helped me slow down and actually pay attention to my body again. I feel more like the woman I used to be.

The biggest change wasn't even physical. I stopped feeling so guilty about not being in the mood all the time.

I was skeptical that a few minutes of yoga could make any difference to my relationship. But I noticed how much calmer I felt after each session. I'm less distracted when we're together, and it's easier to enjoy being close without my mind running through tomorrow's to-do list.

I'd tried regular yoga before, but Viktor's approach feels completely different. He explains the breathing and movements in a way that's easy to understand, even as a beginner. My hips feel less stiff, my body feels more relaxed, and I'm starting to enjoy the little sensations I'd been ignoring for years.

For months, even cuddling sometimes felt overwhelming because I was so touched out by the end of the day. I started doing these exercises after putting the kids to bed. It's become a lovely little routine, and I'm noticing that I have more patience and space for affection again.

I wasn't expecting to feel a huge change in just 21 days, and I wouldn't say everything magically changed. But I do feel more at ease in my body. I'm less tense, more comfortable with touch, and starting to feel that little spark of desire again. For me, that's a big deal.

Reconnect With Your Body & Let Desire Come Back Naturally

Do you love your partner but can’t remember the last time you truly wanted to be close? Feel too tired, too tense or too stuck in your head to enjoy intimacy?

You’re not broken, and you’re not alone. Constant stress, long days, motherhood and years of putting everyone else first teach your body to stay on guard. Tension settles in your shoulders, belly and pelvis — and desire is often the first thing to quietly disappear.

Many women make excuses to avoid intimacy, feel guilty for “not being in the mood” and feel disconnected from their own body — quietly wondering if that part of them is gone for good.

Often what’s missing isn’t more effort or another “spice it up” tip. Your body simply needs to feel safe, relaxed and connected again before desire can return.

Osteo Yoga works exactly there. You start with a simple self-test that shows whether your pelvic floor is holding on to too much tension or has lost its support — two problems that can feel alike but need opposite work. Then you follow the route made for your body: breath-led release that helps your pelvis finally let go, or gentle rebuilding that helps you feel strong and supported again.

As your body starts to feel safe and open again, you’ll notice more ease, confidence and sensuality — and intimacy starts to feel like something you want, not something you owe.

21 days. Short daily sessions. Your first real steps back to your body.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1

We start with a simple self-test of your hips, breathing and pelvic floor — no guessing, no generic routines. In just a few minutes you’ll see what’s actually holding you back and which route is right for your body.

STEP 2

Then we gently release the areas where tension quietly settles: the front of the hips, the deep hip flexors, the inner thighs, the belly and even old scars from a C-section or surgery.

You’ll feel your hips open and your pelvis finally start to breathe again.

STEP 3

Next, you follow your own pelvic floor route. If your pelvic floor is over-tight — and intimacy often feels tense or uncomfortable — you’ll learn to soften, release and let go. If it has lost its support, especially after childbirth, you’ll gently rebuild strength and connection.

Along the way, you’ll restore natural breathing, where your diaphragm and pelvic floor move together.

STEP 4

Finally, you’ll build strength in your deep hip and glute muscles, so your body feels stable, supported and confident — not just stretched.

You’ll finish with a short 10-minute routine you can keep doing long after the challenge ends.

Why choose this course?

  • No equipment, no studio — just press play and practice privately at home.
  • Short daily sessions that fit into even the busiest days, with work, kids and everything in between.
  • Perfect if stress, exhaustion or years of putting others first have left you feeling disconnected from your body and your desire.
  • Created by an expert with 10+ years in osteopathy and yoga and training in body psychotherapy and psychosomatics, this method blends science and somatic intelligence into one clear, accessible system.
  • It starts with a test, not with guesswork — and unlike most programs that just tell you to “squeeze harder,” it gives different routes for different bodies, so you never do the work that’s wrong for you.
